Living systems embody aspects of chemistry, geometry, chemical geometry, materials, physics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, magnetism, optics, light, sound, logic, sociology, behavior, and so much more. We're now discovering that quantum mechanics may have a role in olfaction, avian navigation, and photosynthesis. Amazing.
